Could a feature be added to allow players to join an “in-game squad”?

It feels like every time I want a quick match, I can't find anyone. Wouldn't allowing players to join the in-game squad midway solve this issue?

For instance, give players one minute to prepare their equipment. Once ready, they enter the game from the spawn point. However, if the team has already triggered ‘evacuation’, this feature would be temporarily disabled. Players would need to wait for the in-game squad to successfully evacuate before joining the next round together.
