Fix the Lookout (Yellow enemy)

The lookouts are really annoying enemies, having flash bangs and moving a ton while shooting at you. The flash bangs are fine but would be nice if they could possibly be seen easily and destroyed similar to payday 2 to add some counterplay if you have good enough reaction and aim. Also they tend to flash their own teammates alot, which is quite funny but should be fixed. Their strafing is so god dam annoying, no way they realistically can shoot you properly while constantly moving left and right from a far distance. The strafing should be more easily read so that players dont whiff all their shots on a single lookout (especially for pistols) such that they only fire at you when not moving between strafs, OR fire less frequently while strafing to not make them a pain to deal with at long distances on some extractions.
