Found Dead Drops should always give good rewards

I get part of why they’re useful is that they’re a free roll, but I think it’s annoying to see and pick up a gold crate only to randomly draw the worst rarity on the roll screen. Especially since they’re so rare. I think if you find a crate in the phone lockers, it should at least be mid to high tier.
