Height over bore

I feel like height over bore might be a little too extreme especially in ADS. from the players perspective, when shooting over cover, the barrel appeares to clear the cover in front of you but when shooting the rounds will impact the object. In every other instance HOB appears to work correctly especially at short ranges (hold over points inside 5 or 10 meters as rounds will impact below point of aim). Shooting over a piece of cover seems feast or famine right now with how HOB is implemented.
