Melee, limb damage, lore stuff, other stuff,and tiny little hats

How do you do roguealinos? Been playing this a ton latel, and here’s a few things I think would be cool additions:

  • a limited-use melee weapon to be used in one of the grenade slots to do close range silent stealth kills or deal with pesky Berserkers if fewer hits, or with a slightly larger hit radius.

  • Limb damage with tangible effects! Think legs to slow down yellow dudes and machete homies, hand shots to force snipers to use pistols or disrupt aim with leaders, crotch shots to make me laugh cause groins are hilarious, etc.

  • A little lore incorporation would be nice! Maybe some in the Raven Actual lines, maybe some interstitial Starship Troopers-esque recruitment ads for MERX (a Berserker one focusing on the complimentary drugs, a heavy one shot like a Cialis ad, you get it) that appears between missions, even as a mission mode prompt, like an Assassination mode where you have to take out one of the usurper CEOs as they’re being escorted by heavily armed escorts (oooh and there could be a bonus if you just kill him and get out unharmed or kill with a trap or wait I’m getting off topic).

  • Some fort of fear system for the AI maybe? Like as they discover new bodies but don’t see you, their awareness rises to a certain point, then they start getting jumpy, their aim gets thrown off. More points for heavies, Berserkers are especially jumpy, that sort of thing. Adds a nice natural challenge/reward to playing stealthy.

  • Tiny hats for Berserkers and bonus bucks for shooting them off. Who doesn’t like a tiny hat?
