New decryption mini-game

New laptop decrypt mini-game to replace the current prototype. Players need to hit the USE key when a white fragment enters the square. This is what increases the progress bar. If a player hits the USE key and a bad fragment is within the square, the progress reverses slightly. The objective is complete when the progress bar reaches 100%.
