night vision goggles, and power switches

as the title suggests, we should be allowed night vision goggles, and the power switches on some maps are just so tantalizing. make it so some enemies also have night vision goggles that can see just as much as we can, and others are stupider and need to hear you or bump into you to notice you, it’d help with the limited stealth gameplay in the game, since most guns have suppressors, i think its a good idea
