Office building map evacuation point difficulty

I think Office building this map is too difficult for beginner player while player doesn’t have enough skill point to improve itself, evacuation point doesn’t have good cover to use, and both 1st and 2nd floor enemy fire together, I think should rebalance this map for different stage
