Perks rebalance

Quite a lot of perks, as it is, see no use at all due to them being objectively worse then others.
Why get +20% damage within 5 meters, when you can get a perk that allows you to get +20% damage at all times, instead? This perk is not the worst offender though.
+20% speed to medkit usage? There’s a perk that allows to regen health passively, and by using teamwork (what the game’s intention is), healing is super fast, as long as you just heal eachother and not yourself.
The perk for more money per kill is interesting, but with the current prices, unless the dificulty increases drastically, and becoming a casualty becomes the norm, the perk is useless past Bravo operations, as you already own everything you need, and the only expendables are armor, tools, and grenades, and, with the most expensive loadout, that amounts to 4300 (2000 for a heavy vest, 1200 for two impact grenades, 500 for an ammo box, 600 for a medkit), which is something you make most of the time anyways.
Also none of the perks benefit the team as a whole, most of the perks are oriented around making you specifically better. Would be nice to see more perks that help the whole team, and not just the current 5 best perks:
Health regen
Primary +20% damage
Secondary +20% damage
Armor regen
Armor reinforcement
