Raid is unreasonably difficult in solo
Way too many tanks, way too many enemies at once, they always seem to know where you are at all times, come at you in waves, have next to no healing opportunities except the one medkit you bring on the mission, and never enough ammo for how long the missions take.
The rest of the game feels totally fairly balanced, but the Raid is just completely impenetrable in solo. Needs to give the player way more opportunity to heal and replenish ammo, and reduce enemy count. One of the missions said to eliminate 13 MERX which costed me my entire ammo supply since three of them were tanks, and it even added about a dozen unspecified MERX which didn’t count towards the kill total for the mission.

Not to be “that guy", but I’ve finished several campaigns in solo already… Raid is the most fun with its current difficulty, you have to make use of everything at your disposal and move strategically.
Since this is a roguelike, it gets easier with better attachments for your guns, especially armor piercing. Nerfing at this point would already accelerate the not so lengthy unlock metagame.

Well, by the time I wrote this comment I had about 7-10 hours into the game so far and got many attachments. I don’t think I’ve ever had a solo run that managed to even get past wave 2 on raid on account of the sheer lack of resources overall, vs the exorbitant amount of enemies, especially tanks. It’s also the only game mode in which tactics ISN’T a possibility, since you’re surrounded by enemy spawns at random with no time to prepare. At least half the times I died was because there was just not enough ammo, and if I take an ammo pack, there’s no way I’m surviving a wave because I won’t have a healing kit on me, and enemies are pinpoint accurate and shoot on sight in this mission.

Just wanted to also add, I was now put up against 5 tanks simultaneously, while having no ammo. There seriously needs to be a one tank limit per wave when playing solo, especially since at this point in the game, all the units are pinpoint accurate and automatically shoot upon line of sight.

Should also mention, it feels highly unfair that you’re doused in smoke each wave that enemies can see through with no issues while you’re fumbling around, unable to see anything.
