starting the mission with unspent intel

I’ve noticed that after playing rogue point for 50 hours. The thing that I have missed the most is accidently starting the mission without using the intel that you have collected. I wish that there was a system, similar to how there is a warning whenever you try to start without having any armor on, I wish there was another one that warned you if you have unspent intel on missions that you can spend it.
