Flashlight and laser cannot be activated at start of mission

1) Equip Artemis 550 with flashlight and laser attachments (2 separate) as well as Cheap Red Dot attachment

2) Ready up and load into mission

3) Try to turn the flashlight and laser attachments on

Expected: Attachements should be able to be interacted with

Actual: Attachements seem to be off a the start of the game and cannot be turned on

Notes: Switching to secondary weapon then back to primary allows the player to interact with the attachments normally
